| Two weeks ago I did the exact thing that you did. Someone was going retarded slow while putting on makeup. I got frustrated and passed her a bit too fast... blue lights and a pull over followed. I thought for sure I was gonna lose my car. The circumstances were just stacked against me. It was a long open road that I used at night sometimes when I mess with the boost controller or just want to run the car. Just recently they dropped the limit from 60 to 45. My speedometer is on the way out but it looked like I might have hit 105mph. I don't think I was going that fast though. Cop pulls me over and walks up to me. My driver side window died a couple of weeks ago and I haven't had time to fix it. I had to open the door to talk to the cop. I was worried I would freak him out a bit. He asked me if I knew the speed limit. I told him 60. He said I was wrong, it was 50. He asked if I knew how fast I was going, I said my speedo was broken. Luckily it was sitting at 160mph when he looked in. Then he asked for liscence and registration. I was waiting on my new copy for my registration. All I had was my insurance. Then he said I had tinted windows. I thought for sure he was going to write me up for everything. He came back and said "You were right. The limit was 65." Then he handed me a ticket. 'Speed over limit'. No number. He said I should watch the tint and get my exhaust fixed. No citation though. Damn was I lucky. Gained a bit more patience that day. The worst experience was about 5 years ago. I was following a friend to the mall near us. At the first light he took off and I just cruised. Never even got up to the speed limit. A park ranger pulls me over about 2 blocks down. Pulls me out at gun point, throws me on my car, and tells me I'm going to jail and losing my car. At this point, my car only had an intake. Stock exhaust. He started telling me all the things he was going to write me up for. Held me there for 45 minutes. Then he let me go. "Nice car though. I have one too." ...Asshole.
